So helpful! They came out and realized the gear was broken and immediately replaced it but when replacing it they realized it was the opener. They did not charge me for the gear replacement and helped me to find a reasonable priced opener. They care about their customers and what is best. I went out and got an opener and they returned first thing in the morning the next day to install it! Quick and efficient!

Austin and his partner were very diligent in getting the work done. Made sure I had a good understanding of the garage opener system & all for a reasonable price. I recommend this company.

Our door was a tricky fix. After repairing the door it was working fine. However, it wasn't working at a certain time of the day. Austin waited to come back at that time of day to look at it. He replaced the sensors at no extra charge! He was great to work with and the door is working perfectly at all times of the day. Definitely will use him again.

Great worker.

A blessing to our community. Our food pantry was affected as a result of last month's storms. I posted that we needed service ASAP, and Austin and his crew came out the next day and repaired our door, AND donated their services. We cannot thank them enough for providing quick, accurate service and for their donation to our 501(c)3 organization.

I called Austin late in the day…left a message for him. He called me back within minutes! Said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. He arrived as promised and replaced the spring on the spot! He did a fantastic job! We have used him in the past and he will continue to be our go-to person in the future!
